Woodend Freezer – May 2026
For a local Woodend repeat customer, we delivered a bespoke design where they wanted to operate half as a freezer, with the other half optional to run as a blast chiller but also able to act as a freezer. Measuring 6m x 2.8m, the unit was built in our yard and transported to site. It features 2 x freezer doors with heat traces to frames and specifically designed level entry heated sills, along with heated relief ports to both rooms.
Fernside Panel Roof Remedial – March-June 2026
For a chicken shed customer, we addressed an approx. 2,500m2 panel roof that was nearing the end of its life, with leaks throughout. The customer requested we provide remedial options, and it was decided to proceed with a TPO membrane over the entire roof area. This will give the customer many more years of life in their panel roof.
Bulb Rakaia – January-March 2026
This is part of the large-scale project we did in Rakaia, captured earlier on in the build, which is now almost complete. It’s a huge project, with approx. 6,500m2 of PIR panel replacing the smaller EPS facility.
Ettrick Doors – December 2025
These are doors we built and supplied to a customer in Ettrick, freighted down there for the customer to fit, as part of a fruit industry chiller for storage that was built by others.
Kaituna Valley Cowshed – July 2025
This is a partially complete cow shed, built using EPS coloured panel.
Rakaia Island cowshed – May 2025
This is a partially complete cow shed, built using EPS coloured panel.
Venison Chiller – March 2025
For a West Coast customer, we built a specialised venison chiller capable of hanging approx. 100 animals, measuring 7.2m x 3.8m x 3.5m high. It was built in our workshop and freighted to the West Coast, and fully kitted out with hanging rails as per photos.
